This dynamic, music-driven vinyasa class is held in our velvety, half-lit flow room. The dimmed environment creates a protective, deeply enveloping cocoon designed to melt away outside distractions and heighten your senses. Each class moves from guided breakdowns into full flow – giving you the structure, then the space to truly own your flow.

Open level. Due to the dynamic nature of this class, a basic understanding of yoga is recommended. If you are completely new to yoga, we recommend starting with a few Twi-Light Flow classes first. For those who want to move with intensity, focus and lose themselves in the flow.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

A softer, music-guided vinyasa yoga flow practiced in in our velvety, half-lit flow room. The dimmed environment creates a protective, deeply enveloping cocoon designed to melt away outside distractions and heighten your senses.

Move with greater clarity, reconnect to the fundamentals and build strength at a slower, more grounded pace. Great for beginners and anyone looking to take it a little slower Open level. No prior experience needed. For those who want to take their time to find and own their flow.

SOLAR SCULPT

Pilates & Sculpt Fusion

Strength. Endurance. Control. A fusion of mat pilates-inspired movement and functional training.

Continuous, dynamic sequences built around repetition, control and full-body work. Optional light weights, blocks and resistance bands build heat and intensity over time — without breaking the flow. Open level. No prior experience needed. For those who want to feel strong, work with intensity and stay in it.

STRETCH & RELAX

Slow down. Breathe. Let go.

A soothing mobility and stretching practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance in both body and mind. Practiced in our velvety, half-lit flow room, the dimmed environment creates a protective, deeply enveloping cocoon where you can soften, unwind, and simply be.

This class combines active mobility exercises with deep, passive stretches to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help your body move with greater ease. Especially beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk, it offers a chance to counteract the effects of modern daily life and reconnect with your body.

Move mindfully through nourishing stretches, gentle mobility work, and calming breath practices that create space in the body and quiet the mind.

Great for beginners, active bodies in need of recovery, office workers, and anyone looking to slow down, reset, and recharge. Open level. No prior experience needed. For those who want to move with ease, breathe deeply, and feel at home in their body again.

MAT PILATES

Strength. Precision. Stability.

A dynamic mat Pilates class focused on core strength, alignment and full-body conditioning.

Intentional sequences built around precision, control and mindful movement, creating challenge through focus rather than impact. Optional light weights, blocks and resistance bands can be incorporated to increase resistance, enhance stability and deepen muscular engagement.

Open level. No prior experience needed. For those who want to build strength, refine control and move with precision.
